Last updated October 29, 2026. Grid Pros is operated by Grid Protocol LLC in Tampa, Florida. This policy describes information submitted through our merchant services website and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we may collect your name, business name, email, phone number, industry, estimated monthly card-processing volume range, business website and inquiry details. Our system records the inquiry type, date and source page for response and lead management. We do not ask for credit-card numbers, banking credentials, Social Security numbers or payment account login information through this website. Please do not submit them in the message field.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to answer your request, evaluate potential business or producer relationships, coordinate an appropriate sales conversation, prevent duplicate submissions and maintain business records. We do not treat an inquiry as permission for unrelated recurring promotional messages or automated marketing calls.

Sharing with providers

As relationships are formally established, we may share relevant business inquiry details with a processing partner for a requested introduction, subject to appropriate disclosure and permission. Merchants complete formal underwriting and sensitive financial information directly through the approved provider's secure systems—not through this website. We may use service providers for secure hosting, communications and CRM operations.

Website analytics and security

We may measure aggregate website use and store technical event logs needed to operate the site, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems. We restrict access to submitted inquiries to authorized personnel. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and choices

We retain inquiry and business records as needed for operations, legal obligations and dispute handling. To request access, correction, deletion where applicable, or to withdraw contact permission, email marcel@grid-protocol.com or call (813) 532-3139. We may retain limited records when legally required or necessary to honor suppression requests.

Existing home-service records

Records from prior Grid Pros home-service activities may be retained to administer outstanding contracts, customer obligations, payments or compliance requirements. The transition to merchant services does not cancel those obligations.
