Informational service

The website provides business payment-processing education, preliminary advisory discussions and opportunities to contact our sales organization. It does not itself process payments, open merchant accounts, approve merchants or enter into payment-processing contracts.

No provider affiliation claim

References to potential payment providers elsewhere in our communications are not representations of current authorization, registration, sponsorship or approval. Any provider relationship must be formally executed and appropriately disclosed before offering that provider's products or merchant applications.

Prices, approvals and savings

Information about costs, equipment, fees and processing models is preliminary. Actual offers, rates, hardware, funding timelines, contract terms and underwriting outcomes are controlled by the applicable authorized provider and the signed merchant agreement. We do not guarantee savings, approvals or processing performance.

Producer inquiries

An inquiry from a salesperson or referral partner is not an offer of employment, agency appointment, commission entitlement or ownership interest. Any relationship requires a separate written agreement and compliance with the relevant provider's policies and applicable laws.

Acceptable website use

Submit only accurate business inquiry information and do not upload or provide payment-card numbers, sensitive banking credentials or authentication secrets. Do not attempt unauthorized access, spam, or misuse of our systems.

Existing obligations

Changes to the Grid Pros website do not terminate or modify existing customer, contractor or partner contracts. Contact us to resolve questions relating to an earlier transaction.
